Heidi guided us through the entire process, and by "guided" us I mean she told us exactly what we needed to do, and how to find the resources we needed to do it, and had all the connections to make sure our house was clean, staged, and sold. She sold our condo less than 4 days after it was on the market and then fielded every needy email and call from everyone from the buyer to our own HOA.

I hope to never sell a house again, but if we do, I'm not calling anyone else.
